Google Cloud experience an issue with one of its zones in Europe-west2. As the one zone in question was failing some services within google cloud weren't working as intended. When we determine the zone was not working as expected, we remove the zone from service and routed all traffic to the other two zones within that region. The Achievers application was back to normal function at 1:25PM EDT.
